10/1/23 – 2023 Annual Picnic, Sunday Afternoon

10/1/23 – 2023 Annual Picnic, Sunday Afternoon

If you RSVP’d, thanks! We look forward to seeing you Sunday. If you RSVP’d but can’t make it or if you’d like to be added to the waiting list, email erica@pvpedalsandpints.com.

For everyone else…we’re sorry to have to do this, but we’re at full capacity from a catering standpoint. We look forward to seeing you in 2024!

We’ll hold our annual picnic + ride on Sunday, October 1st. This is our rider appreciation event with lunch following a ride. We coordinate this as our thanks for joining us throughout the summer and donating to local Penns Valley charities. We plan to have giveaways from our sponsors and friends to the club.

Location: Elk Creekside
Registration: 9:45am-10:30am
Bike Ride: 10:30am
Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:30pm

Who’s Invited to the Annual Picnic?

If you’ve attended any one of our 2023 rides, you’re invited to our annual picnic! Non-rider spouses, significant others and your kiddos are welcome, too. Please RSVP for everyone attending the lunch, not just the ride.

The complimentary lunch is prepared by Bobbie’s Kitchen. Please be sure to RSVP for all who will be joining us for lunch so that we can prepare. If bringing small children, you may want to bring a bagged lunch for them if the menu isn’t something they’ll eat.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
BBQ Sauce
Black Bean Burgers
Tortilla Chips & Salsa
Pasta Salad
Melon Salad

Elk Creek beer available for purchase.

Since we have a little more time, the route is a little longer at 26+ miles. We recommend riding at a relaxed pace to really take in the beauty of the valley. For some of you, this route may look familiar, as we rode it in 2021 on Picnic day.
