6/26/25 – Thursday Night Ride (Dubbs Grub)

FOOD TRUCK: Dubbs Grub

Hi Everyone!

Mother Nature really threw a tantrum last week. We thought we were in for a light sprinkle… not a sky-wide water balloon fight. If you got blasted by hail or rain drops the size of small appliances—we’re really sorry. If you found yourself marooned on Immel Road after battling hill after hill like a gladiator, we salute (and apologize to) you.

And if you’re wondering why we didn’t follow the lead of the Hearth & Harvest Pierogi Truck when they bailed—great question. Clearly, they read the weather better than we did.

We hope to make it up to you this week with a fantastic food truck, Dubbs Grub, and a dry route.

Dubbs Grub was a HUGE hit at our first ride of the season. We’re excited to welcome them back. Favorites included the Cuban, the Nashville Hot Chicken and the SMASH Burger. Check out their menu.

Important Safety Note:

We’ll be on 45 this week – PLEASE stay in the shoulder. Stay in your lane on the rest of the route, leave room for other riders and cars to pass, realign to single file when cars are passing, and communicate. Thanks!
