Sponsor Ride: Meandering Mallard
Join us for the Meandering Mallard to Mammy’s Donut Ride! We encourage you to arrive early to check out the cozy shop for a coffee, tea, smoothie or even kombucha from the fridge! We’ll take a short ride over to Mammy’s Donuts in Smulton for sweet treats of all kinds (bring CASH!). Might not be a bad idea to bring along your paniers and bike baskets to load up on goodies! Upon return, we encourage to head back to the Meandering Mallard for lunch (try their delicious, freshly made sandwiches and soups!) and then explore Millheim – visiting Trail2Creek bike shop, the Millheim Portal, Good Scents Candle and Gift Shop, Penns Valley Meat Market, and The Village Mercantile in Aaronsburg.
We’re hopeful that the Millheim Fire Co. can follow us through the narrows. This is a pretty short, direct ride and we will not be marking a route. You are welcome to extend it by riding one of our Rebersburg routes found in Happy Valley Ride w/ GPS or anywhere else, like heading through Coburn for a scenic ride to the Tunnel Bridge and back for example.
Where to park: Behind the Fire Co. (same place as Thursday nights).
Where to meet:Meandering Mallard Coffee Shop! Walk/pedal behind and around the Fire Co. building and head up the alley a few feet. There’s a gate to the back entrance of the Mallard. Park your bike along the fence, Fire Co. building or on the outdoor patio.
What to bring: CASH! Meandering Mallard takes card, but Mammy’s Donuts is CASH ONLY. There’s an ATM across the street from the Mallard.

The Meandering Mallard Coffee House is a rustic, cozy coffee shop located centrally in Millheim, Pennsylvania. We offer a varied menu, including delicious sandwiches, scrumptious soups, stews, and fresh, homemade baked goods. Various weekly specials complement our standard menu. Both dine-in and take-out options are available to our guests. Many of our ingredients are sourced locally, taking advantage of our rich agricultural heritage in Penns Valley.
Our interior is warm and inviting, and free Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Feel free to use our patio behind the coffee house during warm weather. Our coffee house is open daily for your dining pleasure. Please come by for a coffee, latte, sandwich, and stimulating conversation.
