We began inviting food trucks last year for the 2025 season. It was a huge success! The riders loved the different options each week and the truck vendors were happy with their results at the end of the night and excited to come back.
Veggie Option Please!
The only comment we had from riders last year is that menus sometimes lacked a main entree vegetarian option. So, if you have something you can add to the main menu for our veggie lovers, we’d surely appreciate it!
How it Works
It’s a dinner rush experience! We pulled on average 90-100 adult cyclists each week in 2025 with good weather. Our riders leave as a group around 6pm and come back hungry, lining up at the truck starting at 7:10pm with your last orders coming in between 8p-8:15pm. You may also have a few non-riders from the community that order prior to our arrival.
There is only 1 Truck per week.
- It’s suggested that you arrive between 5-6pm.
- You are welcome to take pre-orders before our 6pm departure.
- 60-70% of cyclists order upon return of the ride between 7-7:45.
- Your busiest time is 7:10-8:15, feeding 60-75 people (based on last year’s attendance).
- Expect to be done with orders around 8:30pm. Most trucks leave around 9pm.
